Vikrant Massey and Shweta Tripathi starrer sci-fi film ‘Cargo’ has been bagged by Netflix. It will release on September 9.
The platform made the announcement on social media, with a Mirzapur season 2 release date reference:
Originally premiered at the 2019 MAMI Film Festival, the film is set in a spaceship named Pushpak 634A, where the demon Prahastha (Massey) works with a female astronaut (Tripathi) for Post Death Transition services to recycle dead people for rebirth.
Cargo has been written and directed by Arati Kadav, and co-produced by Anurag Kashyap.
