The Vikrant Massey and Harleen Sethi starrer Broken But Beautiful will start streaming its second season on 27 November. ALTBalaji and Zee5 Premium released the official trailer on 15 November, giving us a sneak peek into what’s in store for season 2.
ALTBalaji and Ekta Kapoor took to Instagram to post a teaser a day before the trailer was released:
Season 2 will pick up from where it was left off in the final act of Season 1. Veer (Massey) and Sameera (Sethi) have moved on from all that transpired at the end of the first season. They now lead separate lives, having lost all contact with each other and reinvented themselves.
But fate intervenes when Veer randomly crosses paths with Sameera, and sparks fly when they realize they’re just as attracted to each other now, as they used to be. They both harbour issues and emotional baggage, with Sameera cultivating a slight fear of commitment.
But while reminiscing their past and the time that they previously spent together, the two eventually begin to fall in love yet again, despite being in committed relationships respectively. The cast also comprises Anuja Joshi who will portray Debbie, Veer’s current girlfriend.
