‘The Book of Boba Fett’ to hit Disney+ in December 2021

Another Star-War spin-off series titled, ‘The Book of Boba Fett’ has been lined up for Disney+ and will premiere in December 2021.

The long-term wish for a solo project fixating on the bounty-hunter has finally become a reality. Boba Fett became people’s favourite when the character first appeared in the in 1980’s Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back and later in Episode VI: Return of the Jedi.

Jeremy Bulloch who originally starred as Boba Fett in the 80s passed away recently after suffering from Parkinson’s disease for a long time.

The big announcement came after the post-credit scene of ‘The Rescue’, which is the last episode of ‘The Mandalorian’, season 2. It shows Boba Fett return to the palace of Jabba the Hutt on Tatooine and shooting up the new inhabitants. The scene ends with a title-card announcing the upcoming spin-off.

The web series will also star Rosario Dawson as Ahsoka Tano, and Rangers of the New Republic.
