Beavis and Butt-Head Do the Universe: Release date, synopsis, trailer & more

Sentenced to Space Camp, Beavis and Butt-Head go through a black hole to find themselves in the year 2022 where they create chaos as they always do.

Release date

Beavis and Butt-Head Do the Universe will stream exclusively on Paramount+ from June 23, 2022.

Written and Directed: by Mike Judge

“In perhaps the dumbest space movie ever made, Beavis and Butt-head are sentenced to Space Camp by a “creative” judge in 1998, leading to a trip on the Space Shuttle, with predictably disastrous results. After going through a black hole, they reemerge in our time, where they look for love, misuse iPhones, and are hunted by the Deep State. Spoiler: They don’t score.”

Other details

The two characters are voiced by original series creator Mike Judge. The 1996 feature film Beavis and Butt-Head Do America was released in theatres by Paramount Picture. The film featured the voices of Bruce Willis, Demi Moore and David Letterman.

When Beavis and Butt-Head get sent to Space Camp as punishment, they come across the opportunity of a lifetime when they find themselves on a space shuttle. But when the vacuum of space becomes the playground for the eccentric duo, chaos meets calamity as Beavis and Butt-Head get transported to 2022 through a black hole.

On their newest adventure, Beavis and Butt-Head have a gala in the 21st century exploring an unknown time and meeting unknown people as the two-time travellers become the centre of attention.
