Synopsis
“Season 13 sees Sterling Archer struggling with the absence of his mother Malory (Jessica Walter) and he is now officially the boss of himself, free to do as he pleases including not lending a hand with missions. Meanwhile, the agency is under new ownership, and competition begins over who is the new boss.”

This will be the first season not to feature Jessica Walters as Mallory following the actress’ death in 2021 at the age of 80.

Malory’s disappearance and the lack of a leader for the agency have left it in trouble. Due to the lack of a superior, Archer has a new, more laid-back attitude.
Finding the ideal leader is one of his goals to uphold his mother’s legacy while the other members are putting out their own nominations to take over the agency’s leadership.
