Apple TV+ has released the official trailer of an upcoming original titled, ‘The Mosquito Coast’. The series is an adaptation of the 1981 best selling novel of the same name by Paul Theroux.
The plot follows an eccentric man who, along with wife and children, goes on the run to escape to Mexico when the US Government starts hunting them. The reason for them being wanted is hidden in the father’s past which gradually gets revealed on their adventure to survive.
‘The Mosquito Coast’ stars Justin Theroux, Logan Polish, Melissa George, Gabriel Bateman, Kimberly Elise, Greg Bryan, among others and has bee directed by Rupert Wyatt.
The series will be available to stream on the platform April 30.
