Amazon’s ‘Invincible’ renewed for seasons 2 and 3

Amazon Prime Video’s R-rated animated superhero series ‘Invincible’ has been renewed for seasons 2 and 3.

The announcement came in the form of a Twitter video where Mark Grayson’s voice actor Steven Yeun and writer of the comic version and executive producer for the series Robert Kirkman discuss the new seasons.

The show recently aired its season 1 finale and has received acclaim from both critics and viewers alike.

The first season saw Mark Grayson taking up the mantle of superhero ‘Invincible’ after awakening his powers owing to the Viltrumite blood passed down from his father and Earth’s strongest hero, Omni-Man.

However, his father is harbouring secrets that could throw the entire world into chaos, as well as dent his family.
