Brad Pitt starrer Ad Astra is now available on Disney+ Hotstar for streaming after the success of its theatrical release in September 2019.
The movie is directed, co-produced and co-written by James Gray – the man behind movies like The Immigrant and the Tom Holland and Charlie Hunnam starrer The Lost City of Z.
The official description of the movie is as follows:
A paranoid thriller in space that follows Roy McBride (Brad Pitt) on a mission across an unforgiving solar system to uncover the truth about his missing father and his doomed expedition that now, 30 years later, threatens the universe.
Besides Pitt, the cast of Ad Astra also includes Tommy Lee Jones, Ruth Negga, Liv Tyler and Donald Sutherland.

Ad Astra has also been produced by Pitt’s production Plan B alongside Jeremy Kleiner, Anthony Katagas, Rodrigo Teixeira, Arnon Milchan.
The film earned itself an Academy Award nomination under the ‘Best Achievement in Sound Mixing’ category and a ‘Best Film’ nomination at the Venice Film Festival.
