Apple TV+ recently hosted the premiere for season 2 of its comedy-drama series ‘Acapulco’ at The London West Hollywood Hotel in Los Angeles.
Cast members Enrique Arrizon (Máximo), Fernando Carsa (Memo), Camila Perez (Julia), Chord Overstreet (Chad), Vanessa Bauche (Nora), Regina Reynoso (Sara), Raphael Alejandro (Hugo), Jessica Collins (Diane), Rafael Cebrián (Hector) and Carlos Corona (Esteban) all attended the premiere.
Season 2 will debut on October 21 with two episodes, followed by one released each week till the finale on December 16. The first season of the series has a 100% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
The official synopsis reads:
“‘Acapulco’ tells the story of twenty-something Máximo Gallardo (Enrique Arrizon), whose dream comes true when he gets the job of a lifetime as a cabana boy at the hottest resort in Acapulco.
“He soon realizes the job is far more complicated than he ever imagined and in order to succeed, he must learn to navigate a demanding clientele, a mercurial mentor, and a complicated home life, without losing his way to shortcuts or temptations.”
