Sezen: In Good Hands 2 character explained

Sezen is the woman who enters Firat and Can’s life and changes it for the better. Melisa Pamuk plays the character.

When Sezen first encounters Can and Firat, they are arguing while she is trying to sit and think to herself in silence.

She urges them to end their argument or talk things out calmly, and Can later refers to her as “the annoying lady”.

Firat asks her out for a drink but she says that she is sober. Can uses that statement to aim a dig at Firat’s drinking problem.

The next time she sees Firat, he is getting drunk at the bar and she takes him back home after he causes a scene.

When Firat meets her the next day, she tells him that things played out much worse than what he remembers.

He convinces her to hang out with him and they have a fun time together.

A positive influence

Sezen mentions her brother Kerem who has gone to MIT for his studies and that she is suffering from depression.

Spending time with Firat turns out to be good for both of them, and they want to do it more often.

She tries to win over Can by telling him that she’s an architect, and when that doesn’t help, she visits him at school.

She tries to apologize but he is too occupied with the approaching bullies. She stands up for him and then sprays the bully with a garden hose.

Firat has to apologize for her behavior but he tells the bully that she’s a psychopath and threatens him with more if he continues to attack Can.

Sezem and Can get into trouble at school

Firat wants to leave the birthday party early but Sezen convinces him to stay, and that leads to a big scene.

When she tries to patch things up between him and Can, he accuses her of ignoring her feelings about Kerem’s death.

This drives her to forego her sobriety and Firat finds her having shots when he comes to apologize.

He saw her the night of the accident. She was celebrating with her brother and kept drinking while he stayed sober.

Firat offered to drop them home but Sezem says that her brother can drive them since he wasn’t drinking.

Firat finds out about the accident the next day but only runs into her much later with Can. Sezem blames herself for Kerem’s death, but Firat comforts her.

He and Can remain in her life and keep her happy so that she can live with the grief of losing a loved one.
