In Platonic, Reggie is one of Will’s friends who is also an investor in Will’s bar business. The character is played by Andrew Lopez.
Reggie is the main investor in Lucky Penny, a bar run by Will and Andy. He is also the stepbrother of Audrey, Will’s ex-wife. Will doesn’t exactly like Reggie. One of the reasons has to do with how close he is to Audrey. Will likes to think that it’s weird.
Sometimes, Will not even counts Reggie as part of his team. He would rather have Reggie stay at home and let him and Andy run the bar. Reggie is an asset to Will’s team only because he knows how to keep a business afloat, something Will doesn’t know.
The Johnny 66 deal
Reggie is the one who brings the lucrative Johnny 66 deal to Will’s bar. While Reggie sees this as a great opportunity to make their business big and earn a lot of money, Will stays adamant about sticking to what his bar represents.
Will eventually agrees to the deal after watching how happy Audrey is; he wants happiness too. However, while approaching this deal, Reggie and Will don’t see eye to eye at all.

Will creates a special limited edition beer of his own and thinks of selling it at a lower price, although it costs a lot to produce it, which Reggie thinks is a problem. Will is looking to show his art as a brewer to the world, while Reggie wants to make money out of it. Reggie agrees to go Will’s way for a month.
Will thinks everything is cool until he learns from Audrey that Reggie and Andy have started a new side business. It is a hard kombucha line called Daa Booch.
Reggie and Andy explain to Will that they needed to find a way to make money and keep the business running if Will is going to keep ruining every business opportunity that comes their way.
Reggie and Andy try to kick Will out
The team Lucky Penny goes to San Diego to meet the CEO of Johnny 66, Johnny Rev. Reggie, as a businessman, says yes to everything Rev says just to protect the deal they have.
Will, on the other hand, at first, impresses Rev with his honesty. The same honesty later sees Will and Rev fighting because the latter tried to kiss Sylvia.
After losing the Johnny 66 deal, Will keeps asking for a cut in Reggie and Andy’s side business called Da Booch. Will goes on strike just to secure his cut, forcing Reggie to take drastic measures.
Reggie brings a lawyer in, and with Andy, he tries to force Will out of their business since they have different visions for it. Will doesn’t quit easily and lets them know that they can’t kick him out of his own business.
