At the peak of her career, she reached after years and years of hard work, Cho Sam-Dal aka Cho Eun-Hye faces a couple of shockers.

Her envious, unprepared, and resentful assistant, Bang Eun-Ju falsely claims that she has been driven to suicide by the abusive treatment at the hands of her boss.

However, in truth, she is the one abusing the trust between her and her boss. Before her false claims make the rounds in the media and ruin Eun-Hye’s career, she reveals to her boss that she’s been sleeping with her boyfriend, Cheon Chung-Gi.

The breakup

Cheon Chung-Gi is a good-for-nothing boyfriend who doesn’t know how to care for his girlfriend. It’s made clear when he doesn’t show much enthusiasm or will to spend time with her.

However, the real reason he can’t spend time with her is that he’s busy having a secret relationship with her assistant, Bang Eun-Ju.

One day, Eun-Hye catches him and Eun-Ju making love to each other, though she can’t get a look at the girl’s face.

Deservedly so, he gets a whole tub of garbage water poured over him by Eun-Hye. She breaks up with him right then and there.

Irredeemable

Cheon Chung-Gi’s ignorant behavior knows no bounds. He sticks to his new flame, Eun-Hu, like a moth, even though deep down he knows she’s a hack, a cheat, and a liar who’s willing to ruin a person’s career.

When Eun-Ju’s lies ruin Eun-Hye’s career and the reporters refuse to leave her alone, Cheon Chung-Gi doesn’t have enough decency to empathize with her or ask her how she is.

Instead, he’s concerned about how the reporters got a hold of him. Later, he sticks by Eun-Ju even after knowing she’s in the wrong.
