Plot summary
After getting canceled for his course on virility and losing Daniela, Pedro goes out to get a new job again in the production business.
Pedro is still not over Daniela, and his friend, Raúl, isn’t over Luz either. Raúl thinks he can still win her back, but he doesn’t know that she is with someone.
Meanwhile, Luis and Santi look like they are happily married, but they aren’t. Luis and Esther are exploring an open relationship and having a hard time raising their kids.
More often than not, the two disagree on how their kids should behave as they are growing up. Santi, on the other hand, no longer feels he is in love with his wife, Blanca.
Pedro manages to get a job at a production company. What’s great is that his boss, Ángela, doesn’t care about his past.
The problem is his team. It only has women who don’t like him. The team is focusing on a feminist show, but Ángela doesn’t want a propaganda show. She thinks Pedro can help her here.
When Luz doesn’t pay him heed, Raúl decides to focus on opening a restaurant.
Everything falls apart at a party at Pedro’s. Blanca learns that Santi is no longer in love with her. Luis confronts Esther about kicking the mother of the bully who was harassing their son.
Pedro’s former maid, Patricia, visits him and informs him that Daniela is no longer able to keep up as an influencer and is probably suffering from burnout.
Lastly, Raúl is told that Luz is seeing someone else. Raúl is left heartbroken, but he does find a partner for his restaurant.
Pedro faces problems at his new workplace as his boss, Ángela, keeps hitting on him. He is in a dilemma about whether he should report her or accept her advances, which may help him.
Meanwhile, Daniela realizes that she needs to escape this fake influencer life. Daniela starts acting more authentic online.
At a time like this, Patricia makes efforts to bring Pedro and Daniela together. Patricia’s efforts bear fruit as Pedro and Daniela end up reconciling with each other.
Pedro and Daniela not only get back together but also plan to move forward in life. Pedro takes Ángela’s position when she walks out of the company after being accused of sexual harassment.
Ángela had apologized to Pedro. Unfortunately, he had already filed the complaint, which ruined everything.
This doesn’t affect Pedro as long as Daniela doesn’t know any of this. Pedro and Daniela plan to have a baby.
Pedro’s lies pile up as he keeps it a secret from Daniela that he can’t get her naturally pregnant with his sperm. Daniela finds out about all of this at the birthday party she organized for Pedro.
Luz learns that her endometriosis is progressing. Her doctor suggests a hysterectomy if she is sure that she doesn’t want kids.
Luz is dating an old man. However, his son’s arrival complicates things for her. She ends up cheating on the old man with his son and decides to end her relationship with both of them.
Raúl, on the other hand, finds solace in the friends of his business partner, Diego, who, being gay, mostly has gay friends.
Raúl realizes that his new friends celebrate him more than his best friends and finds comfort in them until a man at a gay bar tries to get romantically involved with Raúl. Raúl backs off and enters Luz’s life again to help her after her surgery.
Santi follows his dreams of becoming an architect. With Pedro’s help, he starts working for a man named Román Ripoll.
At his new workplace, he gets romantically involved with none other than Romàn’s daughter, Paula.
Concerned that it’s a workplace relationship, Santi takes adequate measures and records Paula’s consent before getting intimate with her.
However, Santi lies to keep his relationship with Paula, which ruins everything. Things get worse when Santi loses the phone that has her consent video.
Even though he retrieves the video and deletes it, a colleague of his finds out about it and leaks it, putting Santi in a position where he will not only lose Paula but also his job.
To save his job, Santi takes Raúl’s bad advice and starts identifying as a woman so that his firing will be seen as a wrongful dismissal.
Amidst all of this, Luis and Esther go back and forth in their open relationship to find a thrill. They come together, but their behavior heavily impacts their children and their behavior at school.
Pedro, Raúl, Santi, and Luis acknowledge the crisis they are in and agree to go on a vacation, but with their better halves. Santi, who is single, decides to bring his daughter along.
Ending explained:
Luis and Esther’s fate
Throughout the second season, while going on various intimate adventures of their own, Luis and Esther had to deal with their 11-year-old son, who not only became a bully but a sexual offender.
Luis and Esther struggled to handle this situation. In the end, their daughter brings a complaint too.
Two kids at school fought over her, and she claimed that she is in an open relationship like her parents.
End of Pedro and Raúl’s relationships
During the vacation, everyone decides to watch Pedro’s new show called Alpha Males. Everyone realizes that Pedro has used their lives to make this show.
They all argue. These arguments result in everyone revealing each other’s secrets. Raúl reveals that Pedro approached his brother for semen so that he and Daniela could have a baby.
After watching an episode of Alpha Males, Luz confronts Raúl about sleeping with other women. Raúl, in turn, talks about her affair with a father and his son.
Luz realizes that Esther shared this with him. To save herself, Esther tells Luz that Raúl got intimate with a man.
Both Daniela and Luz end their relationships with Pedro and Raúl.
The verdict of Santi’s case
Santi becomes popular as a trans fighting for himself. However, eventually, people find out about his Tinder profile, and his past dates have a different story to tell about him.
In court, Santi decides to withdraw all charges. He grabs the chance to explain how it has been difficult for him and his friends to process the concepts they learned from the course on the deconstruction of masculinity.
Unfortunately, the judge fails to understand his point. During a conversation between Santi, Raúl, Pedro, and Luis, Pedro claims that they deconstructed themselves too soon.
However, Santi likes to think they are doing fine and will learn slowly. He thinks they should ask Patrick if there is an advanced course on the deconstruction of masculinity, but none of his friends are interested in it.
